Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we help couples identify the cycle they are caught in, rebuild emotional safety, and strengthen the bonds worth protecting.

What Clients Are Saying
Leave a Google ReviewWe have learned a lot about each other and ourselves through the guidance and insight Susie has provided us. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Susie has turned out to be a wonderful referral. She truly cares about her clients' journeys and always offers valuable take-aways after each session. Her approach is personable and provides us with useful tools we can practice in real time.
In the beginning when I was searching for a therapist Susie stood out because she responded quickly. She was able to do a first session right away and was able to accommodate longer sessions that worked with my schedule. She gave me tools and resources for me to look through and work on between sessions. She's very professional but personable. I recommend her to everyone.
We have had a great experience working with Susie. Her compassionate and thoughtful approach has been incredibly helpful and supportive. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe space to grow.
I have been working with Susie for about a year, and I absolutely love her. I had been with two other therapists beforehand and it wasn't a good fit. I found myself talking the entire session with no real takeaways or support. Susie is someone who gives practical, hands on advice, listens with empathy, and I really value her kindness and ability to help me make connections I wasn't aware of. If you are looking for a therapist that actually gives advice and solutions after each session, give Susie a try.
