A complimentary 15 minute conversation to learn what brings you here, answer your questions, and determine whether we are the right fit.

Complete Your Intake

If we decide to move forward, I will send you access to your secure client portal where you will complete your paperwork before your first appointment.

Reserve Your First Session

Once your paperwork is complete, you can request your first appointment directly on your private patient portal.

Begin the Work

Your first session is called an Intake Session, typically 50 to 55 minutes, either in-person or via Telehealth. Together we will begin understanding the patterns that have shaped your relationships and create the emotional safety needed for lasting change.

Fees

  • Individual Therapy$190 / 50 to 55 minutes
  • Couples Therapy$220 / 50 to 55 minutes
  • Attachment & Relational IntensiveStarting at $1,200 / 4 to 5 hours
  • 3-Hour Extended Therapy $900 / 3 hours
  • In-Home Therapy Starting at $500 / 90 minutes plus travel
  • Emotional Intimacy Coaching$350 / 90 minutes

Insurance

Connection & Belonging Therapy is in network with:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO and Blue Choice)
  • UnitedHealthcare

Superbills are available for Out-of-Network insurance plans.

Attachment & Relational Intensives, In-Home Therapy Sessions, and Emotional Intimacy Coaching are private pay services and are not covered by insurance.

If you are uninsured or choosing not to use your health insurance benefits, federal law gives you the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care before services begin.

Your first session is about getting to know you, your story, your goals, and what brought you to therapy. We will create a safe, supportive space where you can share openly, and we will begin to outline a plan for your healing journey.
Yes, we are in network with BCBS PPO and UnitedHealthcare. We recommend confirming coverage directly with your insurance company. If we are not in network, we can discuss out of pocket rates and provide superbills for reimbursement.
Most sessions are 50 minutes, and we also offer 90 minute sessions for couples or those who want extra time for deeper work. These longer sessions are not covered by insurance.
